Oil and gas permits, registrations and certificates we process
Every company that supplies goods or services to Nigeria’s petroleum industry has to clear a set of regulators and prequalify with the operators it wants to sell to. Below is the full list of documents we handle. Tell us your line of business and we will confirm which ones apply to you.
NCDMB registration
NUPRC permit, NMDPRA permit, NCDMB registration, NPA permit, NIMASA certificate.
NUPRC permit
The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission regulates the upstream side of the industry, meaning exploration and production, under the Petroleum Industry Act 2021.
NMDPRA permit
The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority regulates everything after production: processing, refining, transportation, storage, distribution, retail, and gas.
NPA permit
The Nigerian Ports Authority controls access to the ports, jetties and harbours where much of the industry's marine activity happens. Companies working in port operations, marine logistics or harbour based services need clearance here.
NIMASA certificate
The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency regulates shipping and maritime activity in Nigerian waters. If you own or operate vessels, or provide marine services to the industry, you need to be registered and certified with NIMASA.
NCEC registration
The Nigerian Content Equipment Certificate is issued by NCDMB to companies that manufacture, assemble, calibrate or own equipment used in the industry. Holding it gives your bid priority consideration in technical evaluation under the local content rules.
NIPEX registration
The Nigerian Petroleum Exchange is the online marketplace NNPC and operators use to advertise and award contracts. Suppliers register on the Nigerian Joint Qualification System to prequalify and bid.
DUNS certificate
The DUNS number is a unique nine digit business identifier issued by Dun and Bradstreet. Many operators and international tenders ask for it as part of vendor prequalification
ISO certificate
ISO management system certificates, such as quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety, are a common requirement in oil and gas tenders. They tell an operator your processes meet an international standard.
Ship chandler license
A ship chandler supplies provisions, stores and equipment to vessels while they are in port. The activity needs the right licensing to operate at Nigerian ports. We process the license so you can supply ships legally.
Dangote Vendor Registration
We can help you get Dangote Refinery Vendor's Registration Certificate. This puts you infront of the buyers in your field
Vendor registration
Regulators make you eligible. Operators are where you actually win work. Getting listed as an approved vendor on an operator's procurement system is what puts your company in front of their buyers.
