Regulatory information may become outdated
Nigeria’s oil and gas regulatory framework changes. The Petroleum Industry Act 2021 replaced the Department of Petroleum Resources with NUPRC for upstream and NMDPRA for midstream and downstream, and further changes to requirements, categories and procedures happen regularly.
